All breeds and uses of registered horses can be insured.

Coverages offered include:

Full mortality

• Limited risk
• Special accident
• Loss of use (on show horses)
• Prospective foal
• Barrenness
• Fertility on stallions
• Deductible schedules
• Colic surgery reimbursement
• Emergency surgical reimbursement

Cost of coverage is dependent on breed, age, use and sex of horse.

Coverage may be put in place upon receipt of a completed application and current, acceptable health certificate.
Health certificates generally not required if the horse is purchased at authorized public auction.

Registered cattle may be insured for terms of coverage ranging from 15 days to 12 months.
Cattle from age three months to seven years are eligible for coverage.

Age exceptions can be made with additional premium.


Coverage may be put in place upon receipt of a completed application and current, acceptable health certificate. Health certificates are not generally required if cattle are purchased at an authorized public auction.
